Larry L. Guest is the Mayor of Elberton.  Larry retired from the granite industry of Elberton prior to becoming mayor, and he understands the variety of issues a new or expanding company faces.  Larry is committed to enhancing business opportunities in Elberton and improving the overall quality of life for its citizens.

Lanier Dunn is the City Manager of Elberton.  In his capacity he directs and administers all city services and personnel including public safety, public works, and public utilities.  Elberton is truly able to offer a single point of contact because all zoning, inspections, permitting and utilities are managed by a single agency.

Cindy Churney is the City Clerk of Elberton and also coordinates economic development activities for the city.  She is responsible for listening to business and industry representatives and assisting them in locating and expanding their business in Elberton. Cindy and her qualified staff does this by understanding their needs and matching those needs with available sites or existing buildings in Elberton, arranging site or building visits, and providing pertinent contact with local individuals or officials.  Cindy and her staff help promote Elberton and its businesses through the Main Street Elberton program.
 

Lynn Saxon is the Director of Customer Care for Elberton Utilities, a department of the City of Elberton.  She specializes in service delivery for all public utilities that may be required by a commercial or industrial customer including electricity, natural gas, telecommunications, water, wastewater, or solid waste.
